Full Membership Terms & User Agreement

Welcome to Adelaide Sugar Daddy. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Security

• 1.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the service. By joining, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
• 1.2 Legal Status: You warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not prohibited by any law from using a dating service.
• 1.3 Location: This service is intended for users within Australia. You agree to provide accurate location information.
• 1.4 Account Authenticity: You agree to create only one unique profile. Your profile information, including photos, must be genuine and represent you. We reserve the right to verify your identity.
• 1.5 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities on your account and for keeping your password confidential.

2. Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines

• 2.1 Respect and Consent: Our community is built on mutual respect. All communication and interactions must be consensual, honest, and free of harassment, abuse, or threats.
• 2.2 Prohibited Content: You may not post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• 2.3 Appropriate Relationship Boundaries: This platform is for facilitating "sugar dating" relationships, defined as mutually beneficial Connections between consenting adults. It is strictly forbidden to use the service to solicit or engage in prostitution, human trafficking, or any form of commercial sexual exploitation.

Practical Example: Discussing expectations for companionship, mentorship, and financial support is acceptable. Explicitly offering or requesting money for specific sexual acts is a violation of these terms.

• 2.4 Financial Transparency: While Connections may involve financial support, all such agreements are private matters between consenting adults. The platform is not a party to, nor liable for, any private agreements made between members.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

• 3.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various premium membership options. Features and pricing are detailed on the payment page. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
• 3.2 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
• 3.3 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. You will retain access to premium features until your current subscription expires.
• 3.4 Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or for accounts terminated due to a violation of these terms.

4. Dispute Resolution and Legal Compliance

• 4.1 Member Disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.
• 4.2 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Adelaide, South Australia.
• 4.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adelaide Sugar Daddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
• 4.4 Intellectual Property: By posting content on the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the service.
